This is a gentle, restorative yoga class where we will create a sacred space for us to release the physical, mental and emotional aches. We will focus on poses that soothe the abdomen and relax the uterus, as well as reducing cramping and lower back pain. 

We will also practice breathing techniques that release tensions and calm the mind.

 

Properly resting at this time of the month will allow your energy to replenish for the next menstrual cycle.
